You’ll need 2 cups of cooked jasmine rice, 1 pound of diced chicken breast, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 cloves of minced garlic, 3 chopped green onions, 1 cup of mixed peas and carrots, 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, and 2 scrambled eggs. Cooking
In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Stir occasionally.
